5 | Form Filling Responsibility | Registration form must be filled by parents only. If a guardian fills the form, this must be clearly stated, and the same guardian’s signature must be endorsed in the School Almanac upon admission. |
6 | Date of Birth Accuracy | The Date of Birth entered in the Registration Form must match exactly with the one on the original birth certificate. |
7 | Transfer Certificate (T.C.) Requirement | A valid T.C. from the previous school showing promotion/pass status must be submitted before the session starts in April 2026, or latest by end of April 2026. Non-submission may lead to cancellation of admission. |
8 | T.C. for Mid-Session Admissions | For students admitted after session commencement (e.g., due to transfer or relocation), the T.C. must be submitted within 15 days of admission. Failure to submit within the stipulated period will lead to cancellation of admission without any refund. |
